Pub Chef of the Year walks away with Oneida vouchers
Oneida were proud co-sponsors of the 2010 Pub Chef of the Year award, which was presented to Simon Goodman, head chef of the freehold pub, ‘Duke in Cumberland’ in Henley, West Sussex at the Great British Pub Food Awards in March.
The award, which recognises the best chefs at pubs across the country, is seen as one of the most prestigious in the pub industry and is judged on a variety of criteria, including the diversity of a menu, the quality of ingredients, taste, execution and the final presentation to the customer.
Oneida is proud to have presented Simon Goodman with Oneida vouchers to the value of £500, as well as the 9 runner-ups with vouchers for £100 each.
